In the event of any dispute or disagreement with the APS Edge for any reason, whatsoever, the matter will be referred to the sole arbitration law firm “TruLex” of the APS Edge and the award passed by such arbitration law firm in the matter shall be final and binding on both the parties.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and the place of arbitration shall be at Pune.

For any other relief not covered under these presents, the court at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction, irrespective of the place of the user or cause of action.
